These devices are strictly compatible with the entire family of AMI valves, including models AMI 3, AMI 4, AMI 21R, AMI 250, AMI 300, AMI 130, AMI 700, AMI 012, AMI 013, AMI 5C, AMI 42C, and AMI 12C. The broad versatility of the components allows configuring the hydraulic system according to the specific needs of the plant, ensuring seamless integration without altering critical valve dimensions.
Spool position control is essential in precision applications. For this purpose, the options include specific actuation devices for micro-switches. Model H1 is pre-arranged for the installation of type R5 micro-switches, while variant H2 is designed to interface with R8 micro-switches. For applications requiring a ball contact, the H01F device is adaptable to the R10 ball micro-switch. It is important to note that, for the R10 model, the female connector is supplied exclusively upon user request. Furthermore, to ensure system safety, electrical kits H90 (12Vdc power supply) and H91 (24Vdc power supply) are available, dedicated to safety spool locking.
Mechanical and pneumatic spool stroke management is extensively supported by a series of dedicated devices. For metered control, models H7 (dual stroke limiter on the control side) and H9 (stroke limiter in the control group) offer reliable solutions. Direct mechanical actuation can be managed via models H5 (which includes a lever group and an M8 threaded terminal on the control side, operating only on C1 control), H57 (equipped with rotary actuation and R4=200 lever rod), and H61A (with mechanical pusher). For automated work cycles, the H56 device enables automatic spool release at the cylinder stroke end, while model H20 ensures automatic reversal (compatible exclusively with C14 control). Where pneumatic actuation is required, the H52 device provides pneumatic control with 1/8″ BSP ports (only for C1 control).
For fluidically piloted circuits, the range offers hydraulic actuation devices H53, H53S, and H53A, all equipped with 1/4″ BSP pilot ports. Variants H53S and H53A (the latter with vertical connections) are optimized for pairing with the H25 metered spool; it is essential to consider that this configuration involves a reduction in nominal flow rate. For the installation of these specific hydraulic controls, as well as for the H49-H50 device (which converts the configuration from double to single-acting on service ports A and B), the valve body must be pre-arranged during machining. Finally, for remote operation, device H34 provides remote control pre-arrangement on the control side (valid for C1 control).
