Each bore size can be equipped with up to three different piston rod diameters, allowing thrust and pulling forces to be precisely calibrated. Stroke detection is managed by a high-precision electronic system. The transducer, designed for pressures of up to 35 MPa (350 bar), provides a resolution of 0.01 mm, independent linearity of ±0.05% and an operating speed of up to 2 m/sec. This component can be removed and replaced without dismantling the hydraulic cylinder, reducing machine downtime. Supported signals include analogue outputs (0/10 V and 4/20 mA) and the most widely used industrial digital protocols (SSI, CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP and IO-Link), with IP67 sealed connections and a 24 VDC power supply. The construction materials meet the highest strength standards: barrels and tie rods are made of high-strength steel, piston rods are made of chrome-plated steel or nickel and chrome-plated NI-CROMAX30, and advanced NBR seals incorporate low-friction PTFE or polyurethane elements for exceptional hydrodynamic efficiency.
