Clogging Indicators and Accessories

During the operation of the system, the filter loses its load as it increases the clogging level.

For this reason it is necessary to install an indicator of clogging (visual or electrical) calibrated to a value lower to the bypass valve so as to have a signal when it is necessary to replace the filter element.

For filters on return and for low pressure filters It is good install a manometer or a pressure switch. For high pressure filters, instead, the indicator will be of differential type, while for the suction filters is necessary a vacuum or a switch that measures the trough downstream of the filter.

Indispensable for a safety system are accessories such as filler plugs and level gauges to signal the reached level of the oil.
