The Miselli Closing Cap TCN-OR Series is a technical solution specifically developed for the field of accessories for hydraulic components and fluid contamination control. It is a hex-head threaded element designed to ensure secure sealing of hydraulic circuits. Production is handled by Miselli, a company based in Reggio Emilia with 50 years of experience, reliability, and innovation in the market. Technical documentation and distribution are handled by Lube Team Hydraulic S.r.l., with operational offices in Airola, Italy.

Construction Features and Material Selection

The primary structure of the component is made of Polyamide 66. This technical polymer has been reinforced through the use of glass fiber. The adoption of these materials gives the cap excellent overall mechanical resistance, making it highly performant at both low and high temperatures. Integrated O-Ring Sealing System

  • Model TCN/38-OR: Features a threaded connection (F) G3/8″. Dimensions include a wrench size (CH) of 22, an outer diameter (D) of 25.5, a head height (h1) of 8.7, and a thread length (h2) of 9.

  • Model TCN/12-OR: It is equipped with thread (F) G1/2″. The wrench size (CH) is 27, the outer diameter (D) reaches 32, while heights h1 and h2 are respectively 9 and 11.

  • Model TCN/34-OR: It is the largest-diameter variant, with thread (F) G3/4″. This version has a wrench size (CH) of 32, a total diameter (D) of 37, a height h1 of 10, and a thread depth h2 of 13.
