CMM 0,6 – Oil filtration trolley for transformers

Description

The CMM-0.6 GlobeCore portable oil degassing unit can be used for oil filtration, oil pumping, oil heating, and dielectric insulating oil degassing, as well as mechanical impurity and moisture removal. The processing capacity of the unit is 0.6 m3 / hour.

The unit consists of the vacuum column, ceramic oil heater, fluid pump, vacuum pump, and filter system with replaceable cartridges.
Sensors have been installed in the unit so that the operator can control the vacuum pressure. The heating temperature can also be controlled by the use of a special controller.

During processing-treatment with high moisture content in the oil there is always a possibility of foaming, so a special type of protection is provided for the unit to avoid this problem. If, for some reason, there is oil leakage , the sensor goes into alarm and stops the machine.
