The MP Filter Series LMP 110 is designed for low and medium pressure applications, supporting a maximum working pressure of 80 bar and flow rates up to 165 l/min. Manufactured with an aluminum head and a cataphoresis-coated steel housing, it ensures the protection of sensitive components in hydraulic circuits and coolant filtration for machine tools. It is available with threaded connections up to 1″ and an integrated bypass valve.
The MP Filter Series LMP 110 represents a versatile solution for filtration in low and medium pressure hydraulic systems. Supporting a maximum operating pressure of 8 MPa (80 bar) and a maximum flow rate of 165 l/min, this component is mainly used in pressure lines of industrial equipment or mobile machinery. It ensures the protection of sensitive components in low-pressure circuits and is highly effective for coolant filtration directly inside machine tools. The devices are connected to system lines through dedicated hydraulic fittings.
The selected construction materials ensure long-term durability and high operational resistance. The filter head is made of aluminum, while the housing is made of steel treated with cataphoresis coating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The bypass valve is made of brass or aluminum. Filters of the LMP 110 series are designed exclusively for vertical installation. The flow direction inside the filter element is from outside to inside, from OUT to IN.
Each component of the series is rigorously tested to meet strict industrial standards. The test pressure reaches 12 MPa (120 bar), while the minimum burst pressure is set at 24 MPa (240 bar). Fatigue resistance is validated through tests of 1,000,000 cycles with pressure fluctuations from 0 to 8 MPa (80 bar). The standard operating temperature range is wide, from -25°C to +110°C. Standard seals are made of NBR material (series A), with the option of FPM seals (series V) available for specific application needs. Available connections include female threaded options up to 1″, along with several dimensional variants such as G 3/4″, G 1″, NPT and SAE.
The versatility of the series is expressed through the wide range of replacement filter elements (CU110 series) available. Filtration options include inorganic microfibre with ratings of 3, 6, 10, 16 and 25 microns, wire mesh with ratings of 25, 60 and 90 microns, and resin-impregnated paper with ratings of 10 and 25 microns. These elements ensure fine filtration performance, essential for maintaining high cleanliness levels within the system. The filters can be equipped with a bypass valve, whose standard opening pressure is set at 0.35 MPa (3.5 bar) with a tolerance of 10%, although different opening pressures can be requested. To complete the configuration, connections for differential clogging indicators are provided, available in visual, electrical, or electronic versions, essential for monitoring pressure drop across the filter media and scheduling maintenance. The series is available in four different lengths, with complete filter weights ranging from 1.60 kg to 2.60 kg depending on the selected size.
