The Oleo Tecnica Uncut Split Flange range is designed to meet extremely demanding sealing requirements and is divided into two main pressure categories. Series 3000 covers a broad dimensional range, from 1/2″ up to 5″. In this series, the maximum recommended working pressure is inversely proportional to component size: it reaches 345 Kg/cm² for the smaller diameters (such as 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″), then gradually decreases to 34 Kg/cm² for the largest 5″ size (Type AFSI311B). Series 6000, designed for heavy-duty applications, ensures structural stability at working pressures of up to 414 Kg/cm² for all sizes from 1/2″ to 2″.

Construction Features and Materials

The components are precision machined to ensure correct coupling and are manufactured from highly robust materials. The ordering designation provides for S355 steel as standard, or AISI 316L stainless steel for environments requiring high corrosion resistance. In terms of surface treatment, standard uncut split flanges (AFSI) feature a Cr3 zinc-plated finish, which helps extend component service life. Structural weight starts from 0.12 Kg for the smallest models and reaches 2.50 Kg in the AFSI311B configuration.
