Description

Operating Features and Compatible Fluids

The Seim PHS Pump is designed to operate across a wide range of conditions, ensuring maximum flexibility in industrial and marine contexts. Its three-screw configuration guarantees a constant, pulsation-free flow, essential for handling delicate fluids and for the stability of hydraulic circuits.

Handled Fluids

The pump is suitable for pumping a wide variety of fluids, including:

  • Fuel oil (HFO-DO-LSMGO)
  • Hydraulic oils and lubricating oils
  • GO and ULSD

The standard kinematic viscosity range goes from 1.2 to 400 cSt, with special versions capable of handling fluids up to 5000 cSt. The operating temperature ranges from 0 to 150 °C.

Operating Parameters

The PHS series operates at rotational speeds from 750 to 3600 rpm. The permissible suction pressure ranges from -0.5 to 10 bar, while the continuous discharge pressure reaches 16 bar for speeds between 1000 and 3600 rpm. The maximum flow rate reaches up to 170 l/min (10.2 m³/h), depending on the model and operating conditions. The standard rotation is clockwise (CW), with a counterclockwise (CCW) version available upon request.
