The STAUFF Mounting Rail Nut (Type GMV – Heavy Series) is a highly reliable fastening solution specifically designed for the installation of Heavy Series clamps in accordance with DIN 3015, Part 2. The Type GMV mounting nut is inserted directly into the profile of the STSV rail. Thanks to its geometric design and guide grooves, it slides within the rail, allowing the clamp to be positioned precisely and continuously in the required location. When the bracket bolts are tightened, the Type GMV nut locks firmly against the inner flanges of the STSV profile, distributing the mechanical load evenly and preventing any unintended axial movement caused by vibrations or pressure fluctuations within the hydraulic circuit.
