The STAUFF Mounting Rail (Type TS – Standard Series) is designed to ensure secure fastening of components in hydraulic systems. Fully compatible with Standard Series and Twin Series sizes, this system provides a high level of installation versatility. The product is available with profile heights of 11 mm, 14 mm and 30 mm, in standard lengths of 1 or 2 metres. Manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel, it provides maximum mechanical strength for the most demanding industrial environments. The available product codes (as standard options) are: TS-11-1M-W1, TS-11-2M-W1, TS-14-1M-W1, TS-14-2M-W1, TS-30-1M-W1, TS-30-2M-W1, SM-1-8/1D-M-W3, SM-1-8/1D-U-W3.
The STAUFF Mounting Rail (Type TS – Standard Series) is the basic component for creating reliable fastening systems in the hydraulic and Fluid Contamination Control sectors. Designed in strict accordance with DIN 3015, Part 1 specifications, this rail enables modular and secure installation of pipework. The use of mounting rails considerably simplifies pipe alignment, reducing assembly times and facilitating maintenance operations.
The Type TS mounting rail range is designed to interface perfectly with Type SM Hexagon Rail Nuts. To suit different load and space requirements, the rails are supplied in three different profile heights:
The standard catalogue lengths available are 1 metre (3.28 ft) and 2 metres (6.56 ft). However, to ensure maximum design flexibility, alternative lengths can be supplied upon specific technical request. TS-11, TS-14 and TS-30 Series rails are suitable for use with all group sizes of the Standard Series and Twin Series.

To complete the fastening system, Type TS rails are combined with Type SM hexagon rail nuts. Type SM-1-8/1D hexagon rail nuts are designed to cover STAUFF Groups 1 to 8 (DIN Groups 0-8) and are suitable for Twin Series, STAUFF Group 1D. All threaded parts can be supplied with ISO Metric Thread (M) or Unified Coarse Thread UNC (U). The standard material for SM nuts is zinc/nickel-plated carbon steel (W3), while V2A Stainless Steel (W4) and V4A Stainless Steel (W5) variants are also supported.
