The set includes one round steel U-bolt (identified as Type RB), one short plastic saddle (identified as Type RUK) and four fastening nuts fully compliant with DIN EN ISO 4032. To facilitate transport and customisation during installation, the manufacturer specifies that all components are supplied unassembled. The threads available on the U-bolt ends vary according to the nominal size, ranging from M10 for smaller diameters up to M24 for large-section pipework, with intermediate M12, M16 and M20 sizes.

Alternative materials for the plastic components can also be supplied upon technical request to STAUFF. The range covers nominal pipe diameters (Bore DN) from 20 mm up to 500 mm, accommodating pipes with exact outside diameters from 25 mm up to 521 mm.
