The STAUFF Single Clamp Body LN is a component of the Light Series, featuring a single design (Clamp Body Single Design Type LN). This technical component is essential for the correct mounting and fastening of different types of lines, specifically supporting standard pipes, rigid tubes and flexible hoses (Pipe / Tube / Hose).

Standard Materials and Coding

The product range uses two main standard materials to meet different application requirements. The first is Polypropylene, identified in the order code by the abbreviation “PP” and supplied in green. The second material is Polyamide, identified by the abbreviation “PA” and supplied in black. Additional alternative materials are available upon specific request. The coding system is structured to identify every individual specification: for example, the code “LN-106-PP” indicates the Light Series with single design (“LN”), STAUFF Group 1 (“1”), the exact outside diameter in millimetres (“06”) and the Polypropylene material (“PP”).

Size Groups and Diameter Specifications

The STAUFF Single Clamp Body LN is divided into four STAUFF Groups (1 to 4), each with precise dimensional values and pipe accommodation capacities. For all groups, dimension B (width) remains constant at 14.5 mm, as does dimension L3 at 7 mm:

• STAUFF Group 1: Supports outside diameters of 6 mm and 6.4 mm (1/4 in). Component dimensions are: L1 22 mm, L2 9 mm and height H 13.5 mm.
• STAUFF Group 2: Supports diameters from 8 mm to 12.7 mm (1/2 in), also including 9.5 mm (3/8 in) and 10 mm (1/8 in nominal pipe bore). Dimensions are L1 27 mm, L2 11 mm and height H 18.5 mm.
• STAUFF Group 3: Designed for diameters from 10 mm to 16 mm (5/8 in), including 13.5 mm (1/4 in nominal bore). It features L1 33 mm, L2 15 mm and height H 23.5 mm.
• STAUFF Group 4: Covers larger diameters from 14 mm to 22 mm, including 17.2 mm (3/8 in nominal bore), 19 mm (3/4 in) and 21.3 mm (1/2 in nominal bore). Maximum dimensions are L1 40 mm, L2 19 mm and height H 30.5 mm.

The components are designed for demanding technical applications across multiple industrial sectors. Primary applications include Pneumatics, Instrumentation and Automotive Technology. They are also widely and extensively used in the Machine Tool Industry, Lubrication circuits and, more generally, throughout Mechanical Engineering.
