The component design includes a cylindrical head with vertical lobes, an engineered geometry designed to facilitate and simplify manual tightening operations by operators. From a visual and functional standpoint, the entire series is supplied with a black body and a red cover printed with the “valve” graphic symbol, ensuring quick identification of the component function within the system.

In this way, the ingress of impurities, dust, or contaminants into the tank is categorically prevented and, at the same time, oil splashes are prevented from escaping into the external environment. The optimal performance of this valve depends on the specific working conditions, as well as the type and quantity of oil used in the system. For different system requirements, an alternative valve with a spring calibrated at approximately 0.10 bar is available upon request.
While the TMDV series performs breather and closing functions, the TMDAV series adds fluid monitoring functionality. The TMDAV model is supplied with an integrated level dipstick made of grey phosphated steel. The dipstick has a round section with a diameter ranging from 4 to 5 mm, depending on the specific model selected, and is supplied with a standard length of 200 mm. For specific measuring requirements, and for minimum order quantities of 250 pieces, the manufacturer offers the option of supplying dipsticks with customized lengths and engraved marks for checking minimum and maximum fluid levels.
Installation flexibility is ensured by a wide range of available threads, ranging from Gas versions (from G3/8″ to G1 1/4″) to Metric versions (from M14x1.5 up to M22x1.5), allowing adaptation to any block or tank.
