Grouped Aegi Standard Series Clamps with Upper Plate provide a technical solution for fastening and vibration absorption in pipework systems. This complete stacking clamp configuration is designed to stack and secure multiple lines. The standard grouped assembly consists of four clamp halves (A…..S Series), one safety upper plate (APMRS), one standard upper plate (APS), two hexagon head bolts (AVTE), two extended hexagon head bolts (AVTEA) and one lower plate (such as the APIN Series).
The clamp halves are moulded from different compounds to suit a variety of industrial applications. Available material variants include polypropylene (A), self-extinguishing polyamide (MA), rubber (RA) and aluminium (LA).
The internal geometry of the clamp is available in two variants: Type H with a completely smooth inner surface and the standard version with a profiled inner surface, designed for rigid pipes.
The system includes numerous plate variants for different installation requirements. In addition to the standard lower plate (APIN), extended lower plates (APIA), double lower plates (APID) and multiple lower plates (APIM) are available, capable of accommodating up to 10 clamps. Mounting rails (ABINS) with hexagon rail nuts (ADES-G) are provided for anchoring.
Grouped Aegi Standard Series Clamps with Upper Plate comply with the tolerances for DIN Groups 0 to 6, supporting diameters from 6 mm (1/4″) to 50.8 mm (1 1/2″). The supplied fastening hardware (AVTE, AVTEA and AVTC) features M6 metric threads with lengths ranging from 20 mm to 70 mm.
