The MP Filter FHM Series is designed to protect sensitive components in high-pressure hydraulic circuits, operating up to 320 bar (32 MPa) with maximum flow rates of 400 l/min. Ideal for installation on delivery lines in industrial equipment and mobile machinery, it offers direct manifold mounting with ISO 4401 CETOP 3 and CETOP 5 interfaces. Built with robust materials such as cast iron and phosphated steel, it ensures reliability under extreme conditions, from -25°C to +110°C.
The MP Filter FHM Series represents an excellent solution for protecting the most sensitive components within high-pressure hydraulic systems, finding wide application both on mobile machinery and in industrial equipment. Designed to withstand a maximum working pressure of up to 32 MPa (320 bar) and to handle flow rates reaching 400 l/min, this series ensures an optimal level of hydraulic fluid cleanliness. The flow passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside, ensuring effective retention of contaminating particles.
Installation is intended exclusively in a vertical position and takes place through direct connection on the top side of the manifold block. To facilitate integration, the models are equipped with manifold connections up to 30 mm and interfaces compliant with ISO 4401 CETOP 3 and CETOP 5 standards, ideal for direct mounting on CETOP valves. This versatility makes the filters suitable for delivery lines in any high-pressure industrial application.
The range is divided into different sizes to meet specific flow rate and space requirements: FHM 006, 007, 010, 050, 065, 135, 320, and 500. Head materials vary depending on the model to optimize strength and weight: FHM 006, 007, and 010 filters use phosphated cast iron, while versions from 050 to 500 are made of phosphated steel. The housing and internal valves (bypass and check valves) are uniformly made of solid phosphated steel or standard steel, giving the structure a minimum burst pressure of 96 MPa (960 bar) and allowing it to pass rigorous fatigue tests up to 1,000,000 cycles.
The MP Filter FHM Series offers wide flexibility in the choice of filter media, with options in inorganic microfiberglass (filtration ratings from 3 µm to 25 µm) or 25 µm wire mesh. Filter elements are divided into three collapse resistance categories: “N” series low collapse (20 bar, for filters with bypass valve), “H” series high collapse (210 bar, for filters without bypass), and “S” series high collapse with external support (210 bar, designed to withstand back pressure generated by the check valve). Valve options include a bypass valve set at 0.6 MPa (6 bar) to relieve excessive pressure drops and a check valve to prevent reverse flow.
These filters operate within a wide temperature range, from -25°C to +110°C. Standard seals are made of NBR (series A), with the option to choose FPM elastomers (series V) depending on the chemical compatibility required by the fluid. Finally, for accurate monitoring of filter element clogging conditions, the series is compatible with visual, electrical, and electronic differential indicators.
