In this series, the maximum working pressure reaches 414 Kg/cm² for specific sizes such as 2″ and 3″, while the other variants operate between 230 Kg/cm² and 375 Kg/cm². It is important to note that the maximum recommended working pressure is based on the flange, while the maximum working pressure of the entire system is determined by the thickness and quality of the steel used for the pipe.
Variants and Ordering Designations
To maximize application flexibility, the components feature two main designations related to the sealing system. The stubs can be ordered in the version with an O-Ring seat, identified by the codes SFS…ST and SFX…ST, which ensures an optimized static connection against leakage. Alternatively, for systems using different sealing methods, the version without an O-Ring seat is available and can be ordered under the codes SFX…STC and SFS…STC. This precise nomenclature ensures correct identification of components during procurement.
Installation and Sizing Guidelines
