Construction Features and Materials

From a material standpoint, the series is manufactured using Polyamide PA 6 (Nylon 6). • GAS (B.S.P.) Threads: Availability for GAS standards starts from the G 1/8″ variant (model EP435/1/8″) with an outer diameter D of 16.8 mm, up to the G 2″ size (model EP435/2″) offering an outer diameter D of 68.4 mm and a wrench size Sw of 55. Other common sizes include PFN/2.0/14 N (G 1/4) and PFN/2.0/12 N (G 1/2).

Each item is precisely dimensioned according to specific parameters (D, L1, L2, Sw) to ensure perfect coupling. The thread engagement depth (dimension L1) ranges from 9 mm for smaller models up to 15 mm for the largest diameters.
